In March 1993, Carolina Shores Publishing was acquired as a wholly owned subsidiary of MarkeTech. Now in its eleventh publication year, Carolina Shores mission is to publish information products designed to keep subscribers informed about happenings relating to specific resort communities in the Carolinas.

Research and reporting is keyed to individuals with a common interest in current or prospective real estate holdings for primary home, secondary home or speculative investment.

Carolina Shores also provides property research services, ownership and selling price history of properties in coverage areas and other topical reports and publications relating to leisure and financial interests in the resort communities.
