Thank you for your interest and participation in our first collection of golf antiques and collectibles.
Since we are unable to furnish photos of many of the items at this time, we want to set some ground rules for providing images, shipping items for your final acceptance and general terms of sale.
1) Upon your review you may e-mail me (dennisf@mtechpub.com), phone me (1-800-335-6851) or copy this form , highlight the item and fax back (843-971-1018) to me with your interests. Most items are one-of-a-kind, so phoning may be the most efficient. Call between 9AM and 8PM (east coast.)
2) Once we have recorded your interests, for those items that are originating in the United Kingdom or not otherwise in our personal inventory, the item will be photographed digitally, and e-mailed or posted to you as required.
3) Once we determine who wants what, a bulk shipment will be made from the UK and we will break it up for individual shipment on approval.
4) For items $1,500 and over, special shipping arrangements will be necessary and will require a deposit of 50% upon order and the balance due prior to shipment. Funds will be held pending final acceptance and not disbursed until final acceptance.
5) On all other items a 50% deposit, preferably by credit card will be required upon shipment, with payment upon final acceptance will apply. All prices are in dollars.
6) There shall be an unconditional 10 day right of return, otherwise we bill the balance to a credit card or you make payment in some other previously arranged method. Personal checks will be accepted with prior approval, cashiers checks and money orders are preferred. All sales final.
7) In cases where there are multiple interests on one-of-a-kind items, sales will be first-come, first-served at the catalogue price for the first 48 hours following catalogue distribution.
8) We will cover the shipping and duty (as applicable) from the U.K. to the U.S.A. for bulk shipment to us. Shipping individual items within the U.S. or from the U.K. directly to you in the U.S. will be billed to you.
9) If a comment includes "D Stirk" it means the club comes with a handwritten hang tag by Golf Historian, David Stirk.
10) Since this is the first list, we reserve the right to change these terms without notice.
