The Kiawah Island Investment Monitor, is one of a family of three publications that provide an independent view of real estate activity on Kiawah Island. Separate quarterly reports are available for Seabrook Island and the Isle of Palms, South Carolina. In its first decade, the Monitors have proven to be the single most independent, often controversial and always reliable source for news and information for the beach communities of Charleston.
