The Investment Monitors are a family of publications that provide an independent view of real estate activity for Charleston (South Carolina) area resort islands and beach communities. Editions are published for Kiawah Island, Seabrook Island and the Isle of Palms. In its first decade, the Monitors have proven to be the single most independent, often controversial and always reliable source for news and information. Subscribers of the Monitors receive their editions in a hardcopy format. Due to increasing requests from our internet viewers, we have begun placing various issues of the Monitors on-line in a variety of formats.

Browser editions are published as html documents and may be viewed via your browser.

Download editions are available via this site as Envoy documents. The .evy file can be downloaded to your computer then read utilizing the The Envoy 7 Viewer which is available Tumbleweed Software Corp. The Envoy format enables the electronic distribution of formatted documents. Once you have downloaded the Envoy 7 Viewer, download any of the following files and enjoy the Monitor in a prototype paperless version. If you like, you can also print the document from your computer and file it with your other issues.
